Agents of the Tectric Group acting as joint controllers and/or processors who are currently based in Mexico, Israel, Turkey and India and provide services or goods and undertake leadership reporting. Service providers acting as processors based in the United Kingdom who provide IT and system administration services.
Professional advisers acting as processors and/or joint controllers including lawyers, bankers, auditors and insurers currently based in the UK, Germany and USA who provide consultancy, banking, legal, insurance and accounting services.
HM Revenue & Customs, regulators and other authorities acting as processors or joint controllers based in the United Kingdom who require reporting of processing activities in certain circumstances.
When data is shared with a third party outside of the EEA, the data is first hashed using the SHA256 hashing algorithm and sent in its hashed form to the third party.
